Diplomacy for Peace Foundation
Diplomacy for Peace Foundation is a research centre that was founded by great and well-known polish historian prof. dr hab. Marian Wilk.
Its main idea is disseminating peace, creating the civil society, mutual tolerance backed with an attitude towards respecting the cultural, ethnic and world view differences in various nations and individuals. That’ s basis for its civil activities, especially among the youth. The Foundation has chosen the international dialogue as its external way of expanding its mission. The reason for it is that we do believe that it’ s words, in different formations that’ s the true key for bringing peace and tolerance. It’ s created continuity is a dialogue leaned on diplomatic principles, which is the best way to introduce the Foundation’ s mission.
The Founder hopes that running the program will result in a better understanding of a true international cooperation among the countries, nations and single individuals which may contribute to deepen the idea of peaceful coexistence.
