Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsible for inbound calls relating to the client’s product
- Processing client/customer queries
- Dealing in a professional manner with all clients/customers
- Ensuring a positive image/first impression
- Manage client SLA’s
- Providing administrative support for the Contact Centre, as and when required
- Working to tight deadlines
- Other duties concerning Contact Centre activities
Skills required:
- Fluent written and spoken English and at least one other language (Dutch/Norwegian/Italian/French/Spanish)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills essential
- Commitment to quality processes
