Conference Registration & Name Badges – On-site registration for the Students’ Conference MY VOICE. THE FUTURE OF EUROPE will be held in the main building of LISA (ground floor). All student presenters can pick-up name badges and program/abstract books at the Registration Desk. Registration is required for session attendance. The Registration Desk will be open from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm on the first day of the conference.

Program/Abstract Books – The complete program and all abstracts for the Students’ Conference MY VOICE. THE FUTURE OF EUROPE will be available on the conference web site two weeks prior to the date of the Conference. Printed program/abstract books will be available for each participant on the day of the Conference at the Registration Desk.

Refreshment Breaks – Complimentary refreshment breaks will be held in the lobby in the building in which the concurrent sessions will be held.

Location of Sessions and Conference Events – All conference sessions and events will occur in two campus buildings: main building of LISA and Recreation and Sport Centre. Individual room locations will be presented in the program on the conference web site and printed in the final program/abstract book.
