Dear Incoming Students! 

 

Having chosen Lodz International Studies Academy as a host institution, the student should contact his/her institutional or departmental ERASMUS coordinator. The candidates should approach the International Office at LISA for further information.

 

The student has to complete the Student Application Form and the Learning Agreement The Learning Agreement has to be signed by an authorized person at the home university. Any changes to the originally agreed program of study will be indicated on the reverse side of the Learning Agreement and be countersigned by the student and the coordinators of both home and host institutions. 

 

First step:

  • application form
  • copy of ID/passport
  • copy of health insurance
  • home university nomination letter

 

Second step:

  • learning agreement

The deadline for submitting application forms expires on: 

Winter term 2015/2016: May 15, 2015 

Summer term 2015/2016: December 31, 2015

The academic year is divided into two semesters (terms):

Winter semester: October – January 

Spring semester: March – June

 

Examinations

Examinations are arranged individually by teachers and announced at least two weeks prior the scheduled date. 

 

Accommodation

LISA does not own any student dormitories and does not normally organize accommodation for students, but we are always happy to provide you with any assistance you need.
